This Manufacturing (Regional Operating Headquarters) company was established in 1995. They have been providing support services to the biggest garment manufacturing and exporting companies in the country: Such support services include general administration and planning, personnel training management, sourcing and procurement, technical support and maintenance, product development and merchandising, data processing and communication, corporate finance and advisory services.
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business Study/Administration/ Management or equivalent
•With at least 4 years’ experience in supervisory level in a manufacturing company.
•With experience in handling Internal Audit of the company its sectional policies, procedures and processes
•Knowledgeable in writing audit reports describing the results of audit reviews, findings requiring corrective actions, & recommendations for improvements.
•Has excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication Skills.
•Computer Literate
Responsibilities:
•Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the company.
•Handles Internal Audit of the company its sectional policies, procedures and processes
•Develop and implements an effective legal compliance program
•Makes sure employees adhere to company policies and regulations
•Ensure that the daily operations of their company are meeting the standards, policies and laws that govern their industry
•Monitor employees compliance with departmental and internal policies
